Buenos Aires, April 2 (NA) - Former Planning Minister Julio De Vido suffers from a 'serious atrial fibrillation', making it necessary to transfer him to a higher-complexity hospital, stated Peronist leader Fernando Esteche this Thursday. De Vido was urgently transferred from the Ezeiza prison, where he is serving a sentence for the Once tragedy, to a health center in the area due to chest pain. In reality, it was a 'strong and prolonged cardiac arrhythmia', as confirmed by his wife Lali Minnicelli. However, on social media, Esteche indicated that De Vido has 'serious atrial fibrillation, so it is urgent to transfer him to a higher-complexity hospital'. The Minister of Community Development of the Province of Buenos Aires, Andrés Larroque, sent him a message for his recovery via social networks. 'My hug to comrade Julio De Vido and a wish for a speedy recovery', he began to write, going on to say that the situation the former minister is going through 'is the product of an unjust detention', in addition to being 'totally incompatible with the medical treatment he must receive due to his chronic illness and his age'. The former Quebracho leader added that De Vido remains in the intensive care unit, according to the Argentine News agency.
